I, the artist, retain the copyright to artwork completed from commissions, allowing me to use as examples and to post to my social media with credit to the commissioner. I may not use artwork commissioned as part of commercial goods (physical prints, shirts, physical merchandise, ect...)

The Client has the right to post any commissioned piece to their personal social media platforms WITH credit to myself, and a link back to my Artistree or social media

Any art piece commissioned may not be used to create NFT's or to train an AI Algorithm.

Art pieces commissioned may not used in commercial purposes (Merchandise, promotional material, advertisements, thumbnails for videos, ect...)

The Client may request up to three major revisions (Color pallet adjustments, pose adjustments, background adjustments, ect...) within the sketching phase, if any more major revisions are requested, then an additional $5 per revision will be added to the final price.

Additional fees may be added on to the base price of the commission. These include but are not limited too: Complex designs, Paypal fees, priority/rush fee, ect...

I, the artist, will not begin work on the commission until confirmation of payment has been made.

For orders over $25 the Client will pay 50% of the final price upfront as a down payment, and once the final payment will be sent once I, the artist sends proof of the completed commission.

If the Client does not respond within 5 days of attempt of contact from myself, they will loose their spot in the wait list. If down-payment has been sent, and work has not been started on the commission, the down-payment will be refunded. If down-payment has been sent and proof of the commission has been started, the down-payment will NOT be refunded.

I, the artist, retain the right to terminate a commission anytime throughout the process. In case of termination, down-payment will be refunded.
